May Happenings
Only a few short days until our 5th graders are off to Middle School!
Enjoy these last days at Jackson, we will be having
a lot of fun!
Class Performance: We have been practicing for our class play. We will
have a dress rehearsal in front of students on May 23rd at 9:15, and then
our final performance for families that night; May 23rd at 6:00. Students
need to arrive around 5:30, and no later than 5:45. After the performance
we will also enjoy cake and punch as part of our end-of-the-year
celebration. There will be photo opportunities and time to visit after the performance. We're looking forward to seeing you!
Pool Party: Permission slips have gone home! We will be walking to the
CSD on May 24th and riding the bus back after our party. A pizza lunch
will be served and t-shirts have been purchased.
5th Grade Promotion: The promotion ceremony will be on May 25th at 10:30.
That morning students will be treated to a promotion breakfast before going
to the 5th grade clap-out, and then promotion. After the ceremony, students
are free to leave. Have a great summer!!!
