In April, the 5th graders participate in the the Physical Fitness Testing, (PFT). The Physical Fitness Testing is composed of the following six fitness areas:
Aerobic Capacity - Mile Run
Abdominal Strength and Endurance - Curl-Ups
Upper Body Strength and Endurance - Push-Ups
Body Composition - Mody Mass Index
Trunk Extensor Strength and Flexibility - Trunk Lift
Flexibility - Shoulder Stretch
