In April, the 5th graders participate in the the Physical Fitness Testing, (PFT). The Physical Fitness Testing is composed of the following six fitness areas:
 
  1.  Aerobic Capacity - Mile Run
  2.  Abdominal Strength and Endurance - Curl-Ups
  3.  Upper Body Strength and Endurance - Push-Ups
  4.  Body Composition - Mody Mass Index
  5.  Trunk Extensor Strength and Flexibility - Trunk Lift
  6.   Flexibility - Shoulder Stretch
